**Submit the signed form with organisation chop, incomplete application form will not be considered. Confirmation of your application will be made within 14 days. Certificate will be sent out within 14 days on the acceptance of your application. |

- In order for us to process your application to qualify and to be accepted as a participant of the Genuine Prestige Campaign (“Campaign”), your organisation (“you”) must fulfil the commitments specified on the Campaign application form.
- In consideration of you abiding by and complying with Clause 1 above and upon acceptance by the Business Software Alliance (Hong Kong & Macau Committee) (“BSA”) and the Hong Kong Chamber of Small and Medium Business Ltd (“HKCSMB”) (together, “Organisers”) as a participant of this Campaign, you will be able to enjoy the right to use the campaign logo for branding purposes.
- In consideration of Clause 2, you:

Warrant that you are a business or organisation registered in Hong Kong. |
| b) |
Warrant that information provided in the Campaign application form is true and accurate. |
| c) |
Agree to participate in any promotion or publicity of the Campaign during the campaign period, and render your cooperation to Organisers for any such activities. |
| d) |
Agree and hereby acknowledge that any advice in relation to software asset management or software licensing (if any) provided by Organisers is for reference only. Organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any such advice provided. |
- The registration period for the Campaign is from now to December 31, 2010. The right to use the Campaign logo expires on December 31, 2010 unless the Campaign and your participation is renewed.
- Once your organisation has successfully applied for the Campaign, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions of the Campaign.
- The “Genuine Prestige” Campaign logo is the property of BSA. Only organisations that have successfully applied to participate in the Campaign are permitted to use the logo for branding purposes on their collaterals.
- Organisers may verify information provided by you and reserve the right to reject or revoke your participation and right to use the Campaign logo if you are found to be in procession of pirated, counterfeit or unlicensed software.
- Organisers have the right at any time to change and/or discontinue this Campaign or any aspect thereof at its own discretion without any prior notice, including these Terms and Conditions. You agree that Organisers shall not be liable to you for any losses or damages arising as a result of any change or discontinuation.
- Organisers’ decision will be final and binding on all matters related to this Campaign.
- Any promotions or offers appearing on this website are exclusively brought to you by HKCSMB and are promotions or offers of individual software publishers, independent of the BSA, and not endorsed or organised by BSA. Interested organisations are advised to contact relevant software publishers directly.
- Organisers treat the personal information provided by you as confidential. Personal information that is provided only in connection with the Campaign will only be used by Organisers and their members and agents, including for statistical analysis and publicity of the Campaign, and relevant sales and marketing.
- These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding relating to the Campaign and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional communications.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong. Organisers and you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts to resolve any disputes that may arise out of them. Any provision of these Terms and Conditions declared void or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect other provisions remaining which shall continue unaffected.
- Should there be any discrepancies; the English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
